Data Deletion Instructions

At Mallet Base Limited, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to permanently delete your VisionFlash account and all associated data, you can do so by following the instructions below.

Method 1: Deletion within the App

The easiest and fastest way to delete your account is directly within the VisionFlash app:

  1. Open the VisionFlash app on your mobile device.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Navigate to the Profile tab or Settings screen.
  4. Scroll down and tap on Delete Account.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your decision.

Method 2: Email Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request data deletion via email:

  1. Send an email to support@focustraining.online from the email address associated with your VisionFlash account.
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  3. In the body of the email, please state that you would like to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Our support team will process your request and confirm the deletion within 30 days.

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information from our active databases.
