Delete Your VisionFlash Account and Data

This is the official account deletion page for the VisionFlash app, provided by Mallet Base Limited. You can request permanent deletion even if you no longer have the app installed.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@focustraining.online from the email address associated with your VisionFlash account. Use the subject VisionFlash Account Deletion Request and state that you want your account and associated data deleted.

If you cannot email from the address on the account, include the account email and username. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request. We will acknowledge the request and complete verified requests within 30 days.

Delete directly in the app

Signed-in users can delete their account immediately in VisionFlash:

  1. Open the VisionFlash app on your mobile device.
  2. Open the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Under Data, tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the permanent deletion.

Data that is deleted

Deleting your VisionFlash account removes the account and profile, authentication sessions, password-reset records, saved game sessions, scores, statistics, leaderboard identity, push-notification device registrations, and VisionFlash subscription-entitlement records tied to the account.

Data that may be retained

Mallet Base Limited may retain only records required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes for the applicable statutory period. App stores and payment processors may independently retain transaction records under their own legal obligations and privacy policies. Retained records are not used to recreate your VisionFlash account or leaderboard profile. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Cancel an active subscription

Account deletion does not cancel a subscription managed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Cancel VisionFlash in your app store's subscription settings before deleting the account to prevent future renewal charges. If you need help, email support@focustraining.online.

Account deletion is irreversible. A deleted account, score history, and leaderboard profile cannot be restored.
